2. Scope

This policy applies to our website, to any mobile, desktop or web application that we publish under our developer accounts on the Apple App Store or Google Play (the “Apps”), and to communications with us. An App may provide an additional, app-specific notice; where it does, that notice supplements this policy.

3. Personal data we collect

Information you provide. When you contact us or request a quotation we receive your name, email address, phone number, company name and the content of your message. When you create an account in an App we collect the details needed for that account, such as your email address, display name and a securely hashed password, together with any content you choose to submit.

Information collected automatically. Our website is served without advertising cookies or third-party analytics. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, requested page and time) to keep the service secure and reliable. Apps may collect device and diagnostic information such as device model, operating system version, app version, crash reports and in-app usage events, and a push-notification token if you enable notifications.

Information from third parties. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive the basic profile information you authorize, such as your name and email address. Purchases inside Apps are processed by Apple or Google; we receive confirmation of the transaction but never your full payment card details.

4. How we use personal data

To provide, operate and maintain our services and Apps, including your account.
To respond to inquiries, prepare quotations and provide customer support.
To keep our services secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and diagnose technical problems.
To improve our products using aggregated or de-identified information.
To send service-related messages; we send marketing messages only with your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time.
To comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests from authorities.

5. Legal bases

We process personal data on the basis of your consent, the performance of a contract with you, compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate interests in operating and securing our services, in accordance with Vietnam’s Law on Personal Data Protection (in force from 1 January 2026) and its implementing regulations and, where applicable, other data protection laws such as the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with:

Service providers that host, store, deliver email or analyze crashes on our behalf, under contracts that require them to protect the data and use it only on our instructions.
Platform providers such as Apple and Google, where needed to distribute Apps, process purchases or deliver notifications.
Authorities, when required by law or to protect the rights, property or safety of our users, the public or Era Artech.
A successor organization in a merger, acquisition or asset transfer, which will remain bound by this policy.

7. International transfers

Personal data may be processed in Vietnam and in other countries where our service providers operate. When data is transferred abroad we apply the safeguards and complete the procedures required by applicable law.

8. Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted within 30 days after you delete the account.
Inquiry and support correspondence is kept for up to 24 months after the last exchange.
Server logs are kept for up to 90 days.
Records we must keep by law, such as invoices and accounting documents, are retained for the period required by Vietnamese accounting law (up to 10 years) and then deleted.

9. Security

We protect personal data with encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), least-privilege access controls, and regular updates of our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you and the authorities of a breach where the law requires it.

10. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data; restrict or object to its processing; withdraw consent; and obtain a copy of data you provided to us. Send requests to team@eraartech.site. We will verify your identity and respond within the time required by law. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.

11. Account and data deletion

You can delete your App account from within the App where that option is available, or by emailing team@eraartech.site from the address linked to your account. Step-by-step instructions are on our account deletion page. We complete deletion within 30 days, except for records we are legally required to keep.

12. Children

Our website and Apps are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided personal data to us, please contact us and we will delete it.

13. Third-party services and links

Our website and Apps may link to or integrate services operated by third parties, such as app stores or sign-in providers. Their handling of your data is governed by their own privacy policies.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed. If changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice on the website or in the Apps.
