Delete your account and data
If you created an account in an application published by Era Artech, you can ask us to delete the account and the personal data associated with it at any time.
This applies to every application published on Google Play and the App Store under the developer name “Era Artech”, operated by Era Artech Company Limited (Công Ty TNHH Era Artech).
How to request deletion
- Use the in-app option where available: open the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete account, and confirm.
- Or email the address below from the address linked to your account, with the subject “Account deletion request” and the name of the app.
- We verify the request, confirm by email and complete the deletion within 30 days.

Email a deletion requestWhat happens to your data
- Deleted: your account profile and sign-in details, the content you created, in-app usage and diagnostic data, and push-notification tokens.
- Retained: invoices and transaction records that Vietnamese accounting law requires us to keep, for up to 10 years, and security logs for up to 90 days. Retained records are never used to restore your account and are deleted when the legal period ends.
